"As for potential sale of the property... Your lease would stay intact as written, as agreed upon. You will not be evicted or displaced before your lease is up. This is PA law. I can provide you with the name of a great attorney if you would like confirmation, and a set of resources if you would  like more details. Naturally, Ying is still your landlord. Should the property sell, the only difference you may notice is that your checks are made out to someone else. I went through this when I lived in Baltimore, and I can tell you that it's a very painless process- in fact, we didn't know about the sale until we sent in the next month's check! "
His talk of "laws' and "eviction" and "Baltimore" is so dang confusing! I don't understand!
