WHo Let those Dogs Aht??

this is Roupie Jane's computer screen. Roupers crashed her end-of-summer party this past Saturday and increased the play count of "Who Let the Dogs Out" in her iTunes by several orders of magnitude. Note that she already had an .mp3 of "Who Let the Dogs Out" on her computer before we got there.

We recieved a mystery package today.

CONTENTS
1. Sparkles (had to be washed off kitchen table with a sponge)
2. Picture of whale tail, printed date 2001 on the reverse side
3. DVD (Penthouse: Full Exposure) in white slipcase
4. Typed page of apparent nonsense (possible code)
5. Business card. "Harris Sales and Service presents the 'ER' ROOM specializing in: Rubber, Leather and Vinyl Clothing; Anything Different & Hard to Get; Unusual Hardware; Army & Navy Surplus" located on Butler Street in Pittsburgh.
6. Torn strip of paper bearing only the typewritten letters "nnn."
7. Queen of Hearts card from Publisher's clearing house; "You've found it! Now enter at once! 2010" handwritten in black ink
8. Manila envelope with 2 stamps, typewritten address of Roup House in all lowercase, no return address.
9. Panel from a comic book in which a girl looks down at an athletic boy. He says: "Come down! We're picking teams and I want you to be on mine!" She says: "Okay Peter! I'm on my way!" Caption reads: "First inkling I might have a crush on the boy next door. * I mean that literally--He's in the room right next to me. HOW AM I GONNA SLEEP AT NIGHT?!?!?!? AAAHHH!!!"
10. Picture of a girl holding a gun, possibly at Kennywood or another amusement park, with strange fire effect blocking an easy view of her face and hands
11. Panel from a comic book depicting an old woman holding a shotgun and leaning against a tree.

UPDATE:
The publisher's clearing house card was actually not handwritten but printed on. Seth noticed that it was a font as the exclamation points and O's were all the same.

Also, the strip of paper reading NNN was actually a coincidence caused when Ross ripped open the envelope and purely by chance tore through a section of the nonsense sheet that had nothing but those three letters on it.

Also we have a pretty good idea of who it was but it's not who we were expecting. Surprise!
